Due to the personal nature of our products, Carnal Abyss does not offer returns or refunds for any of our products. This includes toys and all other merchandise. The only exception to this rule is in the case of an undisclosed flop, in which case we will make a new toy of the same/similar value. Please inspect your toys thoroughly -without opening the bag- upon receipt. If there is a major problem, such as the wrong toy being delivered, or an undisclosed flop, please contact us with your order number and we will work with you to correct the error.
