Please be aware that any custom order toy can take up to 3 weeks to be created and shipped. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, custom fees, taxes, and tariffs required for their shipment’s delivery. 

Please ensure that your shipping info has been entered accurately when you place an order. If the shipping company/postal service returns the package to Carnal Abyss, the customer is responsible for any new shipping fees required to ship the order again. 

Carnal Abyss is not responsible for any shipping problems or errors caused by the shipping company/postal service. If your package does not arrive, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company/postal service and report the error. It is their responsibility to provide a refund or locate the package in such a case. Carnal Abyss does not offer refunds for packages lost in transit.
